1. Types of Service

1.1. STANDARD SERVICES

  • IMMEDIATE STANDARD SERVICE PICKUP IN BARCELONA CITY. 4-SEATER VEHICLE. Full flexibility. Minimum service
    amount 22€.
  • STANDARD SERVICE WITH RESERVATION PICKUP IN BARCELONA CITY. 4-SEATER VEHICLE. Maximum punctuality. Minimum
    amount 22€.

For immediate standard service or with reservation, pickup outside Barcelona city, please consult our call center.
Special conditions apply for Taxi Class subscribers.

1.2. CLOSED PRICE SERVICE. ONLY AVAILABLE IN APP

Closed rate without any final extras. Includes 5 minutes waiting at the pickup point. Does not allow intermediate
stops or changes of origin/destination, packages, services with pets, or extra language. Minimum service amount 8€.
Not applicable for airport pickup reservations, only for immediate pickups.
This service is subject to vehicle availability.

1.3. 6 OCCUPANTS (6PAX) or 7 OCCUPANTS (7pax) AND ADAPTED SERVICE

  • STANDARD SERVICE. High capacity vehicle. Minimum service amount 40€. Origin or destination airport minimum
    amount 60€.
  • For standard service. High capacity vehicle. Pickup outside Barcelona city, please consult our call center.

    1.4. ORIGIN AND AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICES

    1.4.1. Special conditions for airport pickups

    Pickups WITH CUSTOMIZED SIGN, the taxi meter starts counting from the flight arrival. Conditions of service with
    sign at the airport, by reservation:

    • If your pickup is from 04:00 to 23:00, a minimum amount will be applied:
      • For a 4-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 50€.
      • For a 6/7-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 60€.
    • If your pickup is from 23:00 to 04:00, a minimum amount will be applied:
      • For a 4-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 60€.
      • For a 6/7-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 70€.
    • If not indicated otherwise, the driver will be sent at the time of your flight arrival.
    • The waiting time from the flight arrival will be borne by the customer.
    • In case the driver parks at the Airport parking, the cost will be borne by the customer.

    Pickups WITHOUT SIGN the taxi meter starts counting from the driver’s arrival at the pickup point.
    Conditions of service without sign at the airport, by reservation or immediate:

    • For a 4-seater vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 21€.
    • For a 6/7-seater vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 60€.
    • If not indicated otherwise, the driver will be sent at the time of your flight arrival.
    • The waiting time will be borne by the customer.

    1.5. SPECIAL CONDITIONS SANTS STATION

    Pickups WITH CUSTOMIZED SIGN: The driver will wait at the AVE departure gate towards Plaza Països Catalans/Tarragona
    exit. In case of delay, you must contact us, as train arrivals will not be monitored.

    • 4-seater vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 35€.
    • 6-7 seater/adapted vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 45€.
    • In case the driver parks at the Airport parking, the cost will be borne by the customer.

    Pickups WITHOUT SIGN: The driver will wait at our pickup point outside the station. The taxi meter will never exceed
    4.5€ upon reaching the pickup point or at the scheduled time of reservation.

    1.6. CUSTOMIZED SERVICES ACCORDING TO CLIENT’S REQUEST

    Long-distance services: Services requested with destination outside the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona will be
    priced according to the taxi meter (rates established by the Metropolitan Taxi Area of Barcelona).
    In case of passing through tolls during the journey, the costs will be borne by the customer, both for the outbound
    and return journeys.

    1.7. SERVICE ON AVAILABILITY IN BARCELONA

    For services performed within Barcelona with waits of one hour or more, the hourly price rate will apply:

    • 4-seater vehicle: It will be billed at a rate of 36€ per hour.
    • 6-7 seater/adapted vehicle: It will be billed at a rate of 40€ per hour.

    This amount will be applied as long as the taxi meter is not higher.
    1.8. OTHER SERVICES

    • Pets. Only accepted with carrier, and a minimum amount of 25€ will be applied, except for transfers of
      visually impaired accompanied by a guide dog.
    • Courier: A minimum amount of 25€ will be applied.

    2. Service Request Channel, Rates, and Payments

    2.1. REQUESTS VIA APP

    2.1.1. Metered hiring mode

    (SEE STANDARD SERVICES SECTION) The taxi meter may show up to 4.5€ at the door at the time of service. A prior
    registration and verification of your card will be carried out through our verified and secure payment gateway.
    Once the journey is finished, the charge will be automatically made to your card.
    In cases of non-payment, or insufficient balance on the card, Taxi Class may execute said charge using any of the
    cards linked to the client’s APP account, even if it had not been chosen for the payment of that pending service. If
    Taxi Class still fails to collect the amount for the service, an email will be sent to the client with the account
    information for them to make a transfer.
    For cancellations and failed services/no-shows in which additional costs have been incurred, the same procedure will
    be followed as for services with completed trips. CHECK CANCELLATION POLICY.

    2.1.2. Fixed-price hiring mode

    Includes 5 minutes of waiting at the pickup point. Does not allow intermediate stops or changes of
    origin/destination, packages, services with pets, or extra language. Minimum service amount 8€.
    This service is subject to vehicle availability.

    2.1.3. Tickets / Invoices

    If you need a trip ticket, you must request it from the driver. The Taxi Class APP does not automatically issue
    tickets.
    If you need an invoice for the trip, you must register your tax data in the “payment and invoicing” section. When
    requesting your trip, in “payment and invoicing” you must select the tax data. Once the service is finished, an
    email will be automatically generated where you can see the invoice.
    If you need an invoice afterwards, you must reply to the confirmation email, and it will be sent to you as soon as
    possible.

    2.2. REQUESTS VIA PHONE (Call Center)

    2.2.1. Metered hiring mode

    (SEE STANDARD SERVICES SECTION) The taxi meter may show up to 4.5€ at the door at the time of service. In case of
    failed service/customer no-show. Taxi Class may contact the client and request the driver’s displacement.
    Generally, the same rate applied with standard service minimums.
    For differentiated services, consult our Call Center professionals.
    During city fairs and special events, special rates will apply.

    2.3. REQUESTS VIA WEB (Form with payment gateway)

    Generally, the same rate applied with minimums as STANDARD SERVICES. Except for special services that will be duly
    informed via our Call Center when we receive the completed form.
    A prior registration and verification of your card will be carried out through our verified and secure payment
    gateway.
    If you have chosen the payment method with a card charge, once the journey is finished, the charge will be
    automatically made to your card.
    If you have chosen the payment method of direct payment to the driver, with this payment method, the data of a bank
    card as a guarantee is required. When paying directly to the driver, under no circumstances can a trip invoice be
    issued.
    In cases of non-payment, or insufficient balance on the card, Taxi Class will send an email to the client with the
    account information for them to make a transfer or will contact them by phone.
    For cancellations and failed services/no-shows in which additional costs have been incurred, the same procedure will
    be followed as for services with completed trips. CHECK CANCELLATION POLICY.
    During city fairs and special events, special rates will apply.

    3. Cancellation Policy 

    3.1. STANDARD SERVICE

    • 4-seater vehicle: You can cancel your trip without incurring any additional costs during the first five
      minutes after the taxi is assigned for immediately requested services. After that time, the cancellation
      cost will be the agreed minimum with the client. In the case of advance reservations, you can cancel without
      any additional cost up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. After that time, the cancellation
      cost will be the agreed minimum with the client. During special events, fairs… this may vary due to high
      demand.
    • 6 Pax / 7Pax / Adapted vehicle: In the case of advance reservations, you can cancel without any additional
      cost up to 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. After that time, the cancellation cost will be 40€.
      For advance reservations, you can cancel without any additional cost up to one hour before the scheduled
      pickup time. After that time, the cancellation cost will be the agreed minimum with the client.
      During special events, fairs… this may vary due to high demand.

    3.2. REQUESTS VIA APP

    • 6 Pax / 7Pax / Adapted vehicle: You can cancel your trip without incurring any additional costs during the
      first five minutes after the taxi is assigned for immediately requested services. After that time, the
      cancellation cost will be the total amount. For advance reservations, you can cancel without any additional
      cost up to 45 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. After that time, the cancellation cost will be the
      total amount. The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes at the door. In case of NO SHOW, a charge of the
      total amount of the fixed rate will be made.

      the scheduled pickup time. After that time, the cancellation cost will be 22€. If the driver is at the
      pickup point and cancels the contracted service or the service is not provided, the cancellation cost will
      be the total agreed minimum with the client.
    • 6 Pax / 7Pax / Adapted vehicle: If the driver is at the pickup point and cancels the contracted service or
      the service is not provided, the cancellation cost will be the total agreed minimum with the client.

    4. Other topics

    4.1. LOST ITEMS

    The immediate return of lost items will depend on the vehicle’s availability and may have a cost according to the
    current rate, which will be previously informed to the affected client.
    The other option would be at no cost, with the delivery of the item to the Taxi Class central offices, as soon as we
    have the item in the offices, a minimum period of 72 hours. Our call center will contact the client.
