CLOSED PRICE SERVICE. ONLY AVAILABLE IN APP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    Closed rate without any final extras. Includes 5 minutes waiting at the pickup point. Does not allow intermediate<br>\n    stops or changes of origin\/destination, packages, services with pets, or extra language. Minimum service amount 8\u20ac.<br>\n    Not applicable for airport pickup reservations, only for immediate pickups.<br>\n    This service is subject to vehicle availability.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>1.3. 6 OCCUPANTS (6PAX) or 7 OCCUPANTS (7pax) AND ADAPTED SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n<li>STANDARD SERVICE. High capacity vehicle. Minimum service amount 40\u20ac. Origin or destination airport minimum<br>\n        amount 60\u20ac.<\/li>\n<p>    For standard service. High capacity vehicle. Pickup outside Barcelona city, please consult our call center.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>1.4. ORIGIN AND AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    <strong>1.4.1. Special conditions for airport pickups<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    Pickups WITH CUSTOMIZED SIGN, the taxi meter starts counting from the flight arrival. Conditions of service with<br>\n    sign at the airport, by reservation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If your pickup is from 04:00 to 23:00, a minimum amount will be applied:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>For a 4-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 50\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>For a 6\/7-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 60\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>If your pickup is from 23:00 to 04:00, a minimum amount will be applied:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>For a 4-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 60\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>For a 6\/7-seater vehicle, the minimum service that will be applied is 70\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>If not indicated otherwise, the driver will be sent at the time of your flight arrival.<\/li>\n<li>The waiting time from the flight arrival will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>In case the driver parks at the Airport parking, the cost will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>    Pickups WITHOUT SIGN the taxi meter starts counting from the driver&#8217;s arrival at the pickup point.<br>\n    Conditions of service without sign at the airport, by reservation or immediate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For a 4-seater vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 21\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>For a 6\/7-seater vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 60\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>If not indicated otherwise, the driver will be sent at the time of your flight arrival.<\/li>\n<li>The waiting time will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<li>The driver will wait at our pickup point. SPECIAL CONDITIONS SANTS STATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    Pickups WITH CUSTOMIZED SIGN: The driver will wait at the AVE departure gate towards Plaza Pa\u00efsos Catalans\/Tarragona<br>\n    exit. In case of delay, you must contact us, as train arrivals will not be monitored.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-seater vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 35\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>6-7 seater\/adapted vehicle: Minimum service amount that will be applied is 45\u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>In case the driver parks at the Airport parking, the cost will be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>    Pickups WITHOUT SIGN: The driver will wait at our pickup point outside the station. The taxi meter will never exceed<br>\n    4.5\u20ac upon reaching the pickup point or at the scheduled time of reservation.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>1.6. CUSTOMIZED SERVICES ACCORDING TO CLIENT&#8217;S REQUEST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    Long-distance services: Services requested with destination outside the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona will be<br>\n    priced according to the taxi meter (rates established by the Metropolitan Taxi Area of Barcelona).<br>\n    In case of passing through tolls during the journey, the costs will be borne by the customer, both for the outbound<br>\n    and return journeys.<br>\n    Consult our call center for other NON-STANDARD service options.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>1.7. SERVICE ON AVAILABILITY IN BARCELONA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    For services performed within Barcelona with waits of one hour or more, the hourly price rate will apply:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4-seater vehicle: It will be billed at a rate of 36\u20ac per hour.<\/li>\n<li>6-7 seater\/adapted vehicle: It will be billed at a rate of 40\u20ac per hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>    This amount will be applied as long as the taxi meter is not higher.<br>\n    <strong>1.8. OTHER SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pets. Only accepted with carrier, and a minimum amount of 25\u20ac will be applied, except for transfers of<br>\n            visually impaired accompanied by a guide dog.<\/li>\n<li>Courier: A minimum amount of 25\u20ac will be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Service Request Channel, Rates, and Payments<\/h4>\n<p>    <strong>2.1. REQUESTS VIA APP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    <strong>2.1.1. Metered hiring mode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    (SEE STANDARD SERVICES SECTION) The taxi meter may show up to 4.5\u20ac at the door at the time of service. A prior<br>\n    registration and verification of your card will be carried out through our verified and secure payment gateway.<br>\n    Once the journey is finished, the charge will be automatically made to your card.<br>\n    In cases of non-payment, or insufficient balance on the card, Taxi Class may execute said charge using any of the<br>\n    cards linked to the client&#8217;s APP account, even if it had not been chosen for the payment of that pending service. If<br>\n    Taxi Class still fails to collect the amount for the service, an email will be sent to the client with the account<br>\n    information for them to make a transfer.<br>\n    For cancellations and failed services\/no-shows in which additional costs have been incurred, the same procedure will<br>\n    be followed as for services with completed trips. CHECK CANCELLATION POLICY.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>2.1.2. Fixed-price hiring mode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    Includes 5 minutes of waiting at the pickup point. Does not allow intermediate stops or changes of<br>\n    origin\/destination, packages, services with pets, or extra language. Minimum service amount 8\u20ac.<br>\n    This service is subject to vehicle availability.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>2.1.3. Tickets \/ Invoices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    If you need a trip ticket, you must request it from the driver. The Taxi Class APP does not automatically issue<br>\n    tickets.<br>\n    If you need an invoice for the trip, you must register your tax data in the &#8220;payment and invoicing&#8221; section. When<br>\n    requesting your trip, in &#8220;payment and invoicing&#8221; you must select the tax data. Once the service is finished, an<br>\n    email will be automatically generated where you can see the invoice.<br>\n    If you need an invoice afterwards, you must reply to the confirmation email, and it will be sent to you as soon as<br>\n    possible.<\/p>\n<p>    <strong>2.2. REQUESTS VIA PHONE (Call Center)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    <strong>2.2.1. Metered hiring mode<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    (SEE STANDARD SERVICES SECTION) The taxi meter may show up to 4.5\u20ac at the door at the time of service. In case of<br>\n    failed service\/customer no-show. Taxi Class may contact the client and request the driver&#8217;s displacement.<br>\n    Generally, the same rate applied with standard service minimums.<br>\n    <u>For differentiated services, consult our Call Center professionals.<\/u><br>\n    <u>During city fairs and special events, special rates will apply.<\/u><\/p>\n<p>    <strong>2.3. REQUESTS VIA WEB (Form with payment gateway)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    Generally, the same rate applied with minimums as STANDARD SERVICES. Except for special services that will be duly<br>\n    informed via our Call Center when we receive the completed form.<br>\n    A prior registration and verification of your card will be carried out through our verified and secure payment<br>\n    gateway.<br>\n    If you have chosen the payment method with a card charge, once the journey is finished, the charge will be<br>\n    automatically made to your card.<br>\n    If you have chosen the payment method of direct payment to the driver, with this payment method, the data of a bank<br>\n    card as a guarantee is required. Other topics<\/h4>\n<p>    <strong>4.1. LOST ITEMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>    The immediate return of lost items will depend on the vehicle&#8217;s availability and may have a cost according to the<br>\n    current rate, which will be previously informed to the affected client.<br>\n    The other option would be at no cost, with the delivery of the item to the Taxi Class central offices, as soon as we<br>\n    have the item in the offices, a minimum period of 72 hours.
